Cannot log in to XG Firewall from Sophos Central

When I am trying to log in to a firewall from Sophos Central I am now seeing the firewall's login screenand I have not had to do that when accessing from Sophos Central. Once I put in the local admin, password, and captcha it takes me to the login disclaimer page. It doesn't matter if I click accept or decline it simply brings me back to the firewall login page. I have tried this on several firewall across various Sophos Central accounts.

    Just to clarify you are using central.sophos.com correct?

    I just tried in my Firewall and the first attempt redirect me back to Sophos Central, but the second time I click I landed in my XG.

    If the issue still persists, could you please please share some screenshots that include the URL. Please make sure that the URL doesn't show the S/N of the device or you can crosse it out)

    And may know which Firmware version are those XG running?

    This was an issue caused by the hotfix that introduced the CAPTCHA feature, however this should have been fixed.

    Please ensure "Automatic Hotfix" are enabled, try restarting the appliance and if that does not work, and you are subscribing customer please open a support case.
