Sophos XG auto reboot

Can carmack over 5 years ago

For Sophos XG115w;

When blackout occur system does not reboot automatically.
Requires Hard power-on.

How to make it auto reboot after blackout.

What is the duration of Blackout, is it kind of fluctuation where Power goes off and back again in a moments or seconds

Could you please share the serial number and output of the below given command through PM?

Sign to the XG Firewall's console.

Select option 4. Device Console.

Run the following command.
console> system diagnostics show version-info

voltage regulation, power cuts etc. it goes down and not coming back as before.

minutes sometimes seconds, it differs.

Hi, what was the outcome here?

I have a customer with an XG 105 who is complaining that theirs is also not powering on after power failure.

Did you manage to find a setting somewhere or anything to check perhaps?
