XG home slow downloads

Hi All, 

I am having an issue with slow downloads, I'm getting around 10Mbps when my connection is 200Mbps. upload is 20Mbps which is normal.  I have a basic LAN to WAN rule as you can see below.

Hardware is a dell optiplex i5 4GB RAM and 120GB SSD with two gigabit NICS.  as far as I can tell IPS is not enabled.  I have changed all the cables and the results don't change.

Can someone give me some advice on what I can do to try and resolve this?

    H,

    that is the external interface on your modem, what does the modem status tab show, you should be able to alter the internal side.

    Your speed issue is being shown by the XG because the interface is 100mbs /half duplex. That can be because the modem is locked, the modem is faulty or maybe the LAN connector on your XG is faulty?

    Still having some issues.  I bought a quad intel 1000 PT and everything works fine for about 10 minutes then I lose Lan connectionnand ping stops.  If I reboot things work again for another 10 mins.  Is this a compatibility issue?  Can you recommend a dual or quad NIC that will work?

    Hi,

    there is no compatibility issue with that card that I am aware of. Did you set the connection to auto negotiate with the new card?
