  • Hi,

first recommendation - contact your partner/reseller if the issue is urgent.

    Second

WAN configuration I will assume it is an ethernet connection, but you have not advised so? You enter the values supplied in the displayed fields. You will need to enter IP address of your external interface with the net mask and then the gateway (ISP) address and give the gateway a name, then save it.

How many ports does your XG have? A /29 will not give many internal IP addresses to use eg 4. What has happened to the XG default range created at install time?

  • Ty.

my xg default range is ok and  it is working.

    but what i need is

on my port F i entered my live IP.

to connect video conference i need live IP, my vendor give me LAN IP pool of 5 ip, and that guy said you have to configure NAT on your firewall.

so you can access the video call on that LAN IP.

SO THIS is my confusion how can i configure this?

  • Hi,

Do you only initiate the video calls or can people call you.

I assume your video external is a seperate link to your normal traffic.

The setup for your WAN (video) is as above. If you only originator video calls the a rule similar to this source LAN -> zone video (you create this with the IP range supplied) destination WAN - any zone -> services will be those of your video conference equipment. In the NAT and Routing tick MASQ and use your Video WAN gateway. (You could use any service until you have identified all the services and then restrict the access to those only).
