Unable to Install Enterprise Console 5.1.0

Hi,

I'm having a problem when i upgrade my console V:4.7 to V:5.1.0.  The database of the console is a separate server.

    HI,

    So you've run the installer on the SQL server to create the new databases.

    Now on the SEC server you've logged on as an administrator, run the installer to upgrade those components.  

    If the message is to believe the installer couldn't stop the management service.  Can you manually stop the Sophos Management Service through the service control manager GUI (services.msc) and then try again?  Does it fail to stop?  Can you just kill the process mgntsvc.exe?

    Hi Jak,

    I upgrageded now to 5.1. I stop the process mgntsvc.exe and manually stop the Management service services.

    I appreciated your advice.
