  • Hello Azwan,

was this message flagged as error? The values are normal. Usually there's an I in the  preceding column indicating it's an informational message only, the check is performed hourly. Are there any messages with an E?

When you restart the client - does it work only to fail again later?

  • Hello Azwan,

if I interpret this log snippet correctly isg-kevin is the client, jrcpwsophos01 the management server and JRCPWADC02 is set up as message relay. The last two lines tell that a configuration (i.e. policy) has been received from the management server. Shortly after this there should be a Routing to parent:... message and a Sent message...  with the same id.

Is isg-kevin the client which appears disconnected (and is JRCPWADC02 shown as connected)?

Please note that updating and RMS are different things (and use different ports and protocols). One might work and the other fail. The update location (server) doesn't need to be involved in RMS communication. Thus in order to resolve whatever issues are there one has to look in the right places - and in order to help you we'd need a detailed description.

  • Hi Christian,

Sorry for late reply, what are detail dedscription that you required and please refer answer below on blue font for your question. Thanks

Is isg-kevin the client which appears disconnected (and is JRCPWADC02  shown as connected)?

     - Yes on SEC isg-kevin appears disconnected and childSUM server JRCPWADC02 shown as connected.

     - Yesterday I was at customer site for other issue but i manage to check on isg-kevin PC, issue solved with just a simple move       group and isg-kent is shown connected again.
