We have 20+ companies all using Sophos Endpoint, Intercept-X, etc, deployed through Sophos Central. When I log into Sophos Central Partner, I can see all the alerts, but how do I configure email notifications?
For example, I'm the only person in our office that has access to the Partner dashboard, but the rest of our technicians need to know when any of our client's get a virus, etc. Is there any way to configure email notifications either under each client's Sophos Central portal, or more ideally, in our Sophos Central Partner portal?
