Error 25010 and 1721 in Sophos Anti-Virus installation

Where are you seeing this error?  In which log file? Is it the Sophos AutoUpate component?  I don't see an action in the SAV MSI called this but in the AutoUpdate MSI I do.  For example in my AutoUpdate MSI log I see:

Can you link the log file?  I think we might need more context.
