  • Where are you seeing this error?  In which log file? Is it the Sophos AutoUpate component?  I don't see an action in the SAV MSI called this but in the AutoUpdate MSI I do.  For example in my AutoUpdate MSI log I see:

    MSI (s) (14:48) [15:34:51:366]: Executing op: ActionStart(Name=WaitAUAdapterUnlocked,,)
    MSI (s) (14:48) [15:34:51:367]: Executing op: CustomActionSchedule(Action=WaitAUAdapterUnlocked,ActionType=3073,Source=BinaryData,Target=WaitUntilFileUnlocked,CustomActionData=C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\AutoUpdate\AUAdapter.dll;30)
MSI (s) (14:34) [15:34:51:375]: Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\MSI4D57.tmp, Entrypoint: WaitUntilFileUnlocked

Can you link the log file?  I think we might need more context.

    Regards,

    Jak
