Quarantine Manage will not Unlock

Try logging out and back in - that normally clears any glitch with the padlock icon not responding.

This implies that this is a known issue.  Logging out and back in is not a trivilal thing to do on a workstation such as mine, on which I am running a number of virtual machine guests. This is a very disruptive thing to have to do!

Can we raise this as an issue to be fixed please?

I only know of it from answering a couple of forum posts.  How common is the problem for you?  Can you recreate it on-demand?  If so can you provide system/SAV details?

I've closed Sophos several times and I am still unable to unlock the Quarantine Manager.  I have previously set it to clean up if a virus is detected, but this time nothing is working.  It is the Zbot virus.  I have a Mac

I still am unable to unlock my Quarantine Manager.  Also, when I highlight the virus that has been detected, the 3 task tabs are in shade.

Could someone please assist me? I have close Sophos a few times and no change.

Also, how do you authenticate?
