It depends on where you get it from. This is the official website. However, you might also consider LibreOffice, which appears to be more aggressively maintained. I've been using LibreOffice for years, and though it's not Microsoft Office, it's close and it's free.

Apple is giving away iWorks to qualifying customers.  Maybe look into that as well.
