Partner Portal Login Error

I have Sophos Partner Portal access

Today when I tried to login to the partner portal using MySophos Account I get an error message

Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

I am sure I am using the right credentials as I logged in to other Sophos services using MySophos account

I also just used the Partner Portal few days ago without problems

Actually today my whole company can not login to the Partner Portal with the same error

Any advice?

I have the same error, it seems to be a global issue, I hope SOPHOS will fix that asap!!! :(

I am having the exact same issue. I have tired Chrome and IE. I have also cleared the cahe on both. I have emailed support and our account manager. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

I opened a ticket with support, via email. They performed a "backend resync" this fixed the issue for us.

Support@sophos.com issue email address for support.

Hello,

I contacted Sophos support on Friday and they got me to partner customer care. Did not hear back, but late yesterday, an email came in requesting a password change. I did not change my password, but was then able to log in with normal password. No info on who/how it was fixed. I know they had to get to someone who knew about the salesforce.com link.

If I get any updates I can post. I am currently snowed out of office and don't have access to the names of contacts. When I get back in, I will check any additional info I have on my notes when we discussed the problem.

I would suggest that you try to contact customer care if you haven't already done.

I had the error again yesterday. Since I had the same error I emailed support again this time it took them a little longer to get back to me. However their " back end re-sync" has worked flawlessly once again.

I have also asked if I was doing something to generate this issue as I am the only tech at my company to have the issue.

I will post the reply of the tech.
