where can I define a static IP for our AP30 / AP10 ?

How can I remotely restart this APs?

    Per the docs, you cannot set a static IP on APs themselves.  You can setup a DHCP reservation (static assignment) if you want the AP(s) to get the same IP every time they boot.  The APs ALWAYS used DHCP to connect to a network.
