where to configure static IP for APxx ?

Per the docs, you cannot set a static IP on APs themselves.  You can setup a DHCP reservation (static assignment) if you want the AP(s) to get the same IP every time they boot.  The APs ALWAYS used DHCP to connect to a network.

No static IP for a Network-Device ? strange.

Why such a misconception?

Hi Michael,
go to Network Services / DHCP / IP4 Lease Table and make the IP of your AP static.
Restarting APs remotely is a bit more tricky, but can be done via command line.

I wonder why I should make such unprofessional pull-ups with such high-pricing products? 
The Question is, why sophos disabled such a basic function? 3€ cost saving?

your cost estimations are not helping to describe your point and I will not waste my time on it. If you have a feature request go to UTM (Formerly ASG) Feature Requests: Hot (2016 ideas) and post it there, if you have a bug report contact our support engineers.

Please tell us which networks devices are selling for 5€. I'll buy some hundreds of this devices [:)]

There is no misconception in UTM Michael.  It is as it was designed to be.

I don't see the problem either...
