web application filtering suddenly stop working

Hi, We have sohphos UTM 9.103-5 and we are facing issue with web application filtering. Suddenly it stop working. Kindly suggest.

    Hi ,

    The high RAM utilization can case that.
    Please add more RAM.
    If you are using dual AV scann replace it with single and change to avira not Sophos .
    After changing restart the proxy from command line or if you don't how to do it reboot the computer.
    But most important , add RAM.
