Kerio connect timeout

Hi

 

I have just upgraded from Kerio Connect v8 to v9. I have not change anything in the UTM configuration.

The kerio connect server is not busy or offline, does this have anything to do with too short timeout in the UTM. Or what is it?

    Status code 503 tells a server issue. Are you sure it is not a server issue and did you report it in the Kerio Connect support? If it is suspected to be a timeout issue then does a change in the timeout value helps? Take SSH to the UTM and execute the following command, if it doesn't help change the value back to "60".

    cc set http response_timeout 120
