Allow download, prevent upload

Hi

Iam setting up a new UTM is it possible to allow my users to download from dropbox/one drive etc.. but not to upload anything?

it's really an all or nothing..either you allow dropbox or you don't.

Unfortunately that does seem to be the limitation of the UTM
