Outbound web proxy

Can somebody please help in setting an outbound web proxy? This is my first time trying to set one up and I have no idea where to start.

    Hi ,

    Enter the web protection and enable it.
    Then continue from there .
    There are lots of thing you can configure there.
    But enable the web protection choosing your local network in allowed networks and configure the proxy as transparent will do the work.
    Then continue as you want.

    I dont think that it what i am looking for and I apologize if I did not describe it right. 

    What i need to do is set up a proxy server via the UTM but for only one connection.
