Enter the web protection and enable it. Then continue from there . There are lots of thing you can configure there. But enable the web protection choosing your local network in allowed networks and configure the proxy as transparent will do the work. Then continue as you want.
a proxy for one connection.. for what kind of connection? outbound, source is a host on the local network, but what should be the destination? and what protocol?
