Sophos utm choice for 25users

I all I have been playing with a 30 day trial of the utm and have been very impressed so far 

Problem is that we currently have 18 users with lets say 3 devices each if you incl laptop PC and phones we are currently using a utm220 on this 30 day POC and I was planning on buying the 110/120 if we went live 

The reseller put down a 220 for the POC and everything seems to be working very well although I don't have Ips running yet 

My issue is that the license price difference between the 110 & 220 is 3 times more expensive for the same amount of users now I'm not sure if the 110 will be ok and the reseller doesn't have a 110 to let me try 

So why is the 220 300% more per year than the 110 and why can't they clamp the license to 25 users or so and give me a better price so I can run the 220 instead 

Any input will be very appreciated

    Thanks so much for all the input it is very appreciated 

    I was thinking along the lines of the 220 so that i could have the extra horsepower for any growth that may happen 

    I would be needing the Full Guard as i need the Proxy , caching , Wifi management , reporting , SSL VPN, and the main selling point is the QoS taht i want to use for specific 443 traffic going to axosoft for our hosted ticketing system , and our Hosted Exchange on Office 365 

    so far i am really very impressed with the UTM and was suprised how quick i picked up the UTM MO , if it was up to me id go 220 with Full Guard in a heartbeat , but the man who signs the cheque's might not feel the same way 

    now my biggest issue is not purchasing the hardware but the 4000$ per year renewal for full guard that they want to rape me with , in south africa its 40000 ZAR per year 

    My CIO will have a field day with me and what really blows my mind is that the full guard for the 120 is 8100 ZAR around 800$   im sure im not the only one who can see my issue here

    120 for 800$ per year Full Guard vs 220 for 4000$ per year full guard  for 25 users 
    if i supply my own server and get the 25 CAL Full Guard it will be 1800$  per year 
    but now i see from this post that's not an option as im looking at roughly 50 odd devices if people are conservative 

    this is so nuts , I even have a signed PO to buy the hardware but the full guard renewal is gonna kill this entire deal  [:(]
