Office 2013 install issues

Spent a couple hours doing a screen sharing session with MS support who was also unable to install Orafice 2013.
The tech suggested that something was blocking the install program, and asked if I could disable the firewall. Since I had the firewall turned off on the PC, I am assuming he meant UTM v9 which I said "no" to.

I had already created a web filtering exception skipping everything for that PC. Would that be the same as "turning the firewall off" as far as the UTM goes?

The only thing I did notice in the logs was a couple of "time outs" that showed as "blocked".

I figured I would see if anyone else had any issues installing Orafice 2013 that may have been related to a setting on the UTM.

My next step is to just hook the PC directly to a port on the modem and try again.

I am running Web filtering in Standard mode with AD SSO.

Thanks,
Joe
