Missing cache administrator information

Hi

When my users get an Content blocked message in their browser, the line 'Your cache administrator is:' does not contain any information. (see attached)
The missing text should have been admin@***x.dk

Im using UTM 9.103-5. The users are going through Web filtering profiles, using Standard operation Mode.

As i understand it the missing information should be fetched from the System settings, the pane Organizational which is all filled out.

Regards,

Mark

  • Hi,
I have tried reinstall my UTM and then changing the cache administrator e-mail account.

However, when applying the license file, the UTM reverts to default (Home use only) settings. So the cache administrator information is unfortunately still missing.

    Can anybody confirm this issue?

  • I can confirm this. Don't know of a way to change this with a home license.
