website time out

Hello;

3g modem no problem. ASG v8 no problem. ASG v9 bug. 10-15 trying connect.

Problem:

While trying to retrieve the URL:egitim.immib.org.tr/login_agenda_all.aspx
The content could not be delivered due to the following condition: An error occured during web filtering.
Error: Timeout while reading response from Server

    with v9 latest version i have the same problem with; https://secure.skype.com/account/ 

    what gives;

    Google Chrome could not load the web page because secure.skype.com took too long to respond. The website may be down or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.
    Check your Internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems or other network devices that you may be using.
    Add Google Chrome as a permitted programme in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted programme, try deleting it from the list of permitted programmes and adding it again.
    If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure that the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.

    Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.


    no matter what i disable like web filtering, antivirus, reboot etc etc...

    i get this;
