website time out

Hello;

3g modem no problem. ASG v8 no problem. ASG v9 bug. 10-15 trying connect.

    hello , 

    I think that is problem becase you have added url filtering for that group/categories "
    Community Education Religion" or some other search url filter catogories and uncheck that

    Web filter only nudity and game category checked. Exception filter and white list added. Cannot solution. 10-15 trying connect site.

    Try an exception for Anti-Virus for that.  I had no trouble reaching it through 8.307.

    Astaro v8 no problem. I'm trying Astaro v9 all exception no solution. web filter-disable and firewall-http-allow contine problem. Always 10-15 try site open.

    Firewall live log:
    immib org tr = 88.255.65.100 - no special port is connect.
    egitim immib org tr = 91.93.103.141 - no special port is not connect.

    was it resolved? how? seems like we're encountering same problem. if webprotection is activated we could not access the website.

    with v9 latest version i have the same problem with; https://secure.skype.com/account/ 

    what gives;

    Google Chrome could not load the web page because secure.skype.com took too long to respond. The website may be down or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.
    Check your Internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems or other network devices that you may be using.
    Add Google Chrome as a permitted programme in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted programme, try deleting it from the list of permitted programmes and adding it again.
    If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure that the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.

    strange this is that when i disable Surf Protection i get the same message as with; https://secure.skype.com/account/

    no idea how to solve this...

    modified the rule 14 to allow and now i can open the web site [:)]
