Authorization required error

hello, 

I am facing a weird problem with the Web Secutirty:

I added a domain to the exception rule, with skip check: Authenthication and URL Filter

But I am always receiving the following error message... does the ftp:// , could be the answer? If yes, what can I do to bypass this rule and make this site, work?

    Trying without proxy, the browser just doesn´t find the server. 

    What happens with a firewall rule like 'Internal (Network) -> FTP -> {ftpdatacenter.***x.com.br} : ALLOW'?
