Authorization required error

I am facing a weird problem with the Web Secutirty:

I added a domain to the exception rule, with skip check: Authenthication and URL Filter

But I am always receiving the following error message... does the ftp:// , could be the answer? If yes, what can I do to bypass this rule and make this site, work?

    Version of Astaro - 8.305?  Mode in which Web Security is running - Standard?
      
    That looks more like an auth error from the ftp server.  What happens if you take your browser out of proxy mode and just connect via a firewall rule?  (Check that the FTP Proxy is not enabled in Transparent or Both mode.)

    Hello BAlfson, 

    I did a test, out of Astaro and it worked, what means that the problem is at some bad config that I did. 

    Using the Astaro, the error is the same, enabling the ftp proxy or not. With the FTP proxy the Live Log, doesn´t caputure anything, just the live log from the proxy. 

    Trying without proxy, the browser just doesn´t find the server. 

    Could be some firewall rule?

    What happens with a firewall rule like 'Internal (Network) -> FTP -> {ftpdatacenter.***x.com.br} : ALLOW'?
