iPhones and iPads unable to update or download apps

My iPhone and iPad users were able to update and download apps over wifi with no probelms until recently.  No configuration changes have been made in the Astaro, but now it is blocking access to apple. I cannot find anything in the logs that shows it is blocking the connection. I have watched live logs while trying to download an app form iTunes and the proxy allows it, IPS does not block it, and I have a packet filter rule that allows any incoming and any outgoing on my iPhone. I am running version 8.103. Was there a recent pattern update that is causing this?

    I have attached a zip file that contains me attempting to update an app. The reference to webroot is only me looking at the app in the app store. I was going to attempt to download it before I realized I had apps that had updates so I just switched to updating my Kindle app for the purpose of capturing the logs.

    EDIT: the ip address of the iPhone is 10.1.100.12. The chunk of the log was too big to post so I zipped it into a .txt document.
