iPhones and iPads unable to update or download apps

My iPhone and iPad users were able to update and download apps over wifi with no probelms until recently.  No configuration changes have been made in the Astaro, but now it is blocking access to apple. I cannot find anything in the logs that shows it is blocking the connection. I have watched live logs while trying to download an app form iTunes and the proxy allows it, IPS does not block it, and I have a packet filter rule that allows any incoming and any outgoing on my iPhone. I am running version 8.103. Was there a recent pattern update that is causing this?

    What do you see in the httpproxy logfile when this occurs?  I'll guess that there's a block without a reason, and that might indicate a need to add to the exception for apple.com.
