Web Filtering Guide?

Hi

I'm new to Astaro, and still learning my way around.

My mother likes to play a web based mmorpg which has been a real p.i.t.a. and I cant seem to get it to work without disabling web filtering.

I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a guide on how the web filtering works. Or how to set it up for playing web games.
