Before yesterday I got the error "Failed to get scanner instance" in the web browser from the webproxy. I deactivated the antivirus as a workaround.
Late yesterday, antivirus was working again after the ASG had done a automatic restart, probably due to subsequently errors from other proxy services using antivirus? And I assume that ASG has also download and installed a new antivirus pattern too.
Today I got same error again.
It is the first time ever I have this problem. What can I do in order to prevent it?
