"Failed to get scanner instance"

Before yesterday I got the error "Failed to get scanner instance" in the web browser from the webproxy. I deactivated the antivirus as a workaround.

Late yesterday, antivirus was working again after the ASG had done a automatic restart, probably due to subsequently errors from other proxy services using antivirus? And I assume that ASG has also download and installed a new antivirus pattern too.

Today I got same error again.

It is the first time ever I have this problem. What can I do in order to prevent it?

    A manual update did not solve the problem, it still exists. Something is major wrong here.

    I think it started when I bought a RED. I connected the RED on my internal network, and it worked like a charm. A couple of days before today I connected the RED to the Internet but the RED never connected to the external interface on my ASG. I checked with Redalert application and there was no connection on port 3800 (or whatever port number it is) to my ASG. I deleted the RED om my ASG, rebooted ASG and redeployed the RED. The RED is working, but the AV problems started some time after that point.
