I'm guessing that the Dell Laptop definition object added to the proxy profile has the 192.168.2.232 address. Create a second host definition object for the Laptop with the 192.168.2.203 address and add it to the proxy profile.
Alternately, if your internal DNS is registering both addresses correctly, you can try changing the definition object to a DNS group type so that it will check against both addresses from a single definition object.
