Astaro User Portal Access Problem

Hi, I can't seem to figure what the problems is but users are not able to access the user portal for some reason, I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Web admin can be accessed but user portal cannot be accessed.

Are you using https to connect to the user portal? In WebAdmin>>Management>>User Portal, check the Allowed Networks on the Global Tab and confirm the information in the Network Settings section on the Advanced Tab.

What exactly are the users seeing? A browser error, a block page, or they can see the login page, but can't authenticate?

What relevant log information are you seeing?

If you've recently installed an up2date package, have you tried a post install reboot?

It's possible that there could be some default port (443) conflict with another service. At WebAdmin>>Management>>User Portal>>Advanced Tab, you can change the port that the User Portal is using.

Not a problem. What was the exact configuration error? This thread might help someone else in future if you say exactly what it was.

For some reason I changed the Listen address to external and totally forgot to change it back. Wasn't worth posting a thread for my stupidity
