IPOD Touch music previews not working from Itunes Store

Whenever we try to use our any of our IPOD Touches and try to preview music from the Itunes store, we get an error message "Could not play preview".  I can preview movies.   I tried to create a NAT rule and when I set the Traffic Source, Service and Destination as (Any) the preview works but it kills my internet connection.  Where can I find out what rule I need to create to get the previews to work and have it not kill my internet connection.  Thanks in Advance!

    If .2.104 is an iPod, then you definitely have it configured to pass via the Proxy.  However, I can't see anything that indicates a block or incompatibility with the Proxy.  If there's nothing in the Intrusion Prevention log, I have no idea what the problem might be.

    I went into an Apple store and tested the IPOD Touch to make sure this music preview option is works on another wireless network.  It worked so I am wondering are there any more suggestions on getting it to work.

    Here is what passes in the web log when you try to execute a music preview on the IPOD Touch

    I had several itunes users complaining that they couldn't access the itunes store or download their IOS upgrades.  They'd continue to receive proxy Login screens, which we don't want them to use. (we have our proxy in AD Authentication mode).

    We have the default apple.com exception in the http proxy, the one that allows executable downloads, bypasses authentication, etc.  But still the authentication box pops up.

    After some log file searching it turned out that apple is using another URL to access much of the itunes functionality.  I added mzstatic.com to the apple updates exception list and that solved the problem.
