IPOD Touch music previews not working from Itunes Store

Whenever we try to use our any of our IPOD Touches and try to preview music from the Itunes store, we get an error message "Could not play preview".  I can preview movies.   I tried to create a NAT rule and when I set the Traffic Source, Service and Destination as (Any) the preview works but it kills my internet connection.  Where can I find out what rule I need to create to get the previews to work and have it not kill my internet connection.  Thanks in Advance!

    I am not using an Astaro wireless access point.  I added a wireless linksys router configured as an access point to a switch.  This may be the reason it is going to 192.168.2.100?   I cannot find any HTTP Proxy settings on the IPOD Touch.   I added the services to the Web Filtering and it still is not working.  I am noticing that I am not seeing the ports being filtered in the log every time I try to execute a music preview.  Is there anything else that may be getting blocked that I may be missing? Is there any way to see all network traffic from this specific device?  I have tried this with the other 2 ipod touches and they all do not work.  Any other ideas?  Thank you very much for your assistance!
