IPOD Touch music previews not working from Itunes Store

Whenever we try to use our any of our IPOD Touches and try to preview music from the Itunes store, we get an error message "Could not play preview".  I can preview movies.   I tried to create a NAT rule and when I set the Traffic Source, Service and Destination as (Any) the preview works but it kills my internet connection.  Where can I find out what rule I need to create to get the previews to work and have it not kill my internet connection.  Thanks in Advance!

    You need to create a packet filter rule to allow the traffic on the ports being blocked. In version 8.202 go to NetSecurity > Firewall...

    Open the live log and type the ip of your iPod to filter only that traffic, then try to open the previews on your iPod, note the ports being blocked.

    Create a new packet filter rule and allow those ports.
