Timeout while reading response from Server

I'm trying to access a .edu website that is unblocked by web security, but the live log shows the page being blocked due to "timeout while reading response from server." I have cleared the web security cache and disabled it altogether with the same results. I have also tried the website outside of my school district and it will load fine. Can anyone help?

    Your HTTP/S Proxy is not in a Transparent mode, so the entries on the 'Transparent mode skiplist' won't help. [:)]  You need to create the exceptions in the clients' browser configs.

    FWIW, I'm (V7.511) not having this problem with either website.
