Timeout while reading response from Server

I'm trying to access a .edu website that is unblocked by web security, but the live log shows the page being blocked due to "timeout while reading response from server." I have cleared the web security cache and disabled it altogether with the same results. I have also tried the website outside of my school district and it will load fine. Can anyone help?

If you use the Host type, then you would enter the IP address of the web server. DNS Host type uses the URL and will resolve it in the background. If the site uses a distributed method to serve the site from multiple IP addresses, then you could use the URL with a DNS Group type. More information on the various types of Definitions can be found using the in-line help (blue button with a question mark symbol in the upper right of WebAdmin).

I'd be happy to check the site from behind an Astaro V8.201 if you are able to share the URL.

New York University.

I've tried both host and dns host and the page still won't open. I've also just found that www.trustedsource.org does the same thing, which is what Astaro uses to categorize websites, right?

This is what I keep getting. I have tried putting it in the transparent mode skiplist as a host, dns host and dns group.
