Timeout while reading response from Server

I'm trying to access a .edu website that is unblocked by web security, but the live log shows the page being blocked due to "timeout while reading response from server." I have cleared the web security cache and disabled it altogether with the same results. I have also tried the website outside of my school district and it will load fine. Can anyone help?

There's a possibility that this may be one of those websites that just doesn't work well with the proxy. If this is the case and you are using the Web Proxy in transparent mode, you can add the external site to the transparent proxy skiplist as a destination.

Ok, so I'm looking at transparent mode skiplist in advanced settings under web security. I see that it says urls listed here will not be subject to transparent interception. I'm familiar with creating network and service definitions, but how do I correctly add the URL to this piece of the Astaro? I tried both host and dns host but neither worked.
