Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF when dualscan is enabled

Hi, 

when Antivirus Dualscan is enabled our users cant download password protectet and encrypted pdf-files. The files are blocked as "infected with Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF"

if only singlescan is configured all things are working.

is there any way to make an exception for such pfd-files?

    If only with dual scan, it would be the ClamAV engine.  What pattern version are you running?  The current one is 22800?  What version of Astaro?

    BTW, I could download the linked pdf just fine and it didn't require a password to open.

    Hi, I had the same "issue" and Astaro Support told me it's because of the following setting:

    ---
    Auf ihrem System ist unter "Websecurity > Web Filtering > Advanced > Misc Settings > Block unscannable and encrypted files" aktiv.

    Da es sich bei dem File um ein Encrypted PDF handelt wird das File geblockt.
    Dies ist an der Stelle nur eine Configoption und kein Fehler des Proxys.
