@Wingman: No updates. It was one of the developers who sent the email to the site, so there really isn't a case number to followup. Even with a case number, all Astaro can do is notify the webmaster, but cannot force him/her to acknowledge or make changes.
@SveN: You can try to contact the site Webmaster as well.
