I simply could not connect. No obvious errors on the Astaro box.
Also, there was functionally no support. Just a bunch of links about the most mundane elements of web trouble and lots of manuals to read... all to get into a 1 hour seminar.
If this is the way customer support goes under Sophos, this will not be good for anyone but those who received the cash for the transaction.
