Windows 7 not connecting to the WEB

I am home user, have ASG120 box with 8.102.
HTTP/s set to transparent mode.
2 outside connection:
1 cable, 1 ADSL with 5 public IP connect via Vigor 2820 (standart internet connection on ASG).

2 XP pc connecting to the WEB with no problem.
1 PC with Windows 7 have a problem:
1. Network showing not connect on startup
2. Can't access any WEB pages

I need to do a ping from this PC to the ASG box (ping 192.168.1.1 -t)
I need to do a ping from the ASG box to this PC (ping 192.168.1.76)
I need to do a ping from this PC to one of the ASG out IP (ping 217.x.x.x -t)

After this the network connection show connect OK and this PC can now connect to the WEB.

This is have to be done after every reboot of this PC.

Ok, then we're back to needing to get some information from the Astaro logs. Since this is an Astaro hardware device, my assumption is that you have subscriptions and a support package. You may want to consider contacting your reseller, as they would be able to take a quick look and open a support case with Astaro Support if necessary.

BTW, which version of Astaro do you have installed?

I'm using Astaro Security Gateway 110/120, I think the problem is the Windows 7 OS, anyways thanks for replying sir... Hope I can find the solution for this...

things to do to your W7 PC
1/.go to the network card and disable power saving
2/. go to the firewall and disable each port, then each protected application, then turn off the firewall unless you are extremely paranoid, your ASG provides more than adequate protection.

What is the setup of your ASG eg http proxy, packet filter rules?
