Windows 7 not connecting to the WEB

I am home user, have ASG120 box with 8.102.
HTTP/s set to transparent mode.
2 outside connection:
1 cable, 1 ADSL with 5 public IP connect via Vigor 2820 (standart internet connection on ASG).

2 XP pc connecting to the WEB with no problem.
1 PC with Windows 7 have a problem:
1. Network showing not connect on startup
2. Can't access any WEB pages

I need to do a ping from this PC to the ASG box (ping 192.168.1.1 -t)
I need to do a ping from the ASG box to this PC (ping 192.168.1.76)
I need to do a ping from this PC to one of the ASG out IP (ping 217.x.x.x -t)

After this the network connection show connect OK and this PC can now connect to the WEB.

This is have to be done after every reboot of this PC.

    If you mean the Astaro system settings log, it is in Webadmin>>Logging>>View Log Files.  I'll assume that you can find the event viewer/logs in Win7.  

    That you have multiple Win7 systems and they are all experiencing the problem means that it isn't a PC based hardware issue.  There is still the possibility that your 110/120 may have a flakey NIC.  

    Win7 does do networking very differently than XP did.

    I experienced a similar issue when win7 first came out on a few systems.  In one case it was due to an older version of Anti-Virus software that was installed.  On a couple of others it was due to older NIC drivers.  If you do a google search for "windows 7 loses network connection", you'll come up with about 18 bazillion links to issues with the same symptoms.

    Something else that you may want to check when this problem occurs:  Do your Win7 systems show "Unidentified Network" in the Network and Sharing Center?

    No sir it doesn't show Unidentified network, at the bottom side LAN connections icon, it has that yellow exclamation point that says(no internet connection) and when I let windows diagnosed it, it says that--> Problems Found: Your Computer appears to be correctly configureed, but the device or resources ( www.microsoft.com  ) is not responding...But then again, I logged in to astaro ang ping that IP address again, and it will be fixed, but soon as I reboot that PC, it comes back to it's problem again....
