Astaro will not authenticate single user

I am using Astaro V8, and I have searched the web and this forum for a while trying to find the answer to this.  I have a W2k8 domain and I have joined Astaro to it.  All of my users, except one, can authenticate without a problem.  When I try to log into the user portal with this ID, I get password incorrect or denied by policy.  When I do a bind test, I get no groups found for user.  The only difference between this user and my others is that they were in a child OU, and I thought that might make a difference, so I moved them.  No change.  This is the last step I have before I implement SSO, and I am eager to solve it.  Any assistance or pointers are greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

    I solved this mystery.  I got fed up with what I couldn't see and decided to compare the AD profiles side by side.  What I forgot about was that this user has restricted permissions, and can only log on to certain computers.  The Astaro was not listed among them, so it was not letting them on.
