I am using Astaro V8, and I have searched the web and this forum for a while trying to find the answer to this. I have a W2k8 domain and I have joined Astaro to it. All of my users, except one, can authenticate without a problem. When I try to log into the user portal with this ID, I get password incorrect or denied by policy. When I do a bind test, I get no groups found for user. The only difference between this user and my others is that they were in a child OU, and I thought that might make a difference, so I moved them. No change. This is the last step I have before I implement SSO, and I am eager to solve it. Any assistance or pointers are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
