Connection time out

Hi,

we use a website to place our advertisements. During generation of an advertisement ASL gives a 'the connection to the server timed-out' error message. When accessing the site outside ASL it works fine.

I contacted the designer of the site and they suggested to increase the http timeout value on the firewall. How can I do this on ASL?

    Franc, did you see further down in the thread where there were command-line instructions for V7.4 and later?  Also, you might check the 'Content Filter (HTTP)' log to see what's happening.

    I've stopped using the worthless vBulletin serch routines here, and now just use Google, telling it to search only site:astaro.org - Veel beter!

    Hi Bob,

    yes I saw that, but since I'm not getting the connection time out error anymore I thought to contact the developer first.

    The contentfilter log doesn't show any problems.
