how to check why a site's reported as malicious ?

A customer complains that;
CHIBA MANABU ARCHITECTS
is beeing blocked by astaro as;

The URL you have requested is blocked by Surf Protection
Malicious Sites not allowed


Is there any way finding out how/why/were this info/decision comes from ?

    Hi,

    add this URL to allowed sites in web proxy for a sandboxed computer and check the site.

    Go to https://www.trustedsource.org and request the URL as category you think it is. It needs one or two days and it will be recategorized...

    That's the way I do - but without sanboxed computer (still)...

    Thanks for the tip,

    If that site reports the webpage/address as SAFE, how come the Astaro does NOT ?

    Checking that site gets you:
     CHIBA MANABU ARCHITECTS ... Uncategorized URL Minimal Risk

    Do you block uncategorized sites?  That would block this site.

    OK;; EDIT !!!
    When checking a redirect on that page yesterday, I got no warning or responce,
    testing the redirect this morning, the redirect DO generate a warning. So, all OK then..

    Hi,, No, we only block specific stuff like hacking, malicious, spam,etc..

    I've made double/triple sure that "uncategorized" is NOT blocked.

    I even open a ticket with Astaro regarding this;
    They refer to trustedsource for both checking and reporting it as "false positive"
    BUT,, trustedsource doesn't report it as anything but safe.

    So,, how can a change with trustedsource from "safe to safe" really make any difference ?
    Astaro still reports it as malicious.

    This IS confirmed from more than one Astaro box,
    we've tested our own and from 2 different client networks, same issue.

    your URL wants to open content from CHIBA MANABU ARCHITECTS

    and that's a malicious site. There is the problem.

    check out the URL with same steps above: sandoxed pc, usnig whitelist, recategorize at TS.

    Google safebrowsing repots is has been safe for at least the last 90 days: Google safebrowsing

    Trusted Source gives it a uncategorized rating.

    I do not see that this site is unsafe.  Please post your log from the proxy, of the block action.
