I run an ASG220 at corporate with OWA running. I have 24 ASG110's protecting remote sites. Most of our users access OWA without an issue, but those that use a PPPoE connection get prompted for their password repeatedly on average every 3-5 minutes.
I believe it may be a time out issue between the ASG and the PPPoE modem, however I can't find a keep-alive feature to avoid the disconnect.
This doesn't happen with users on cable modem.
