Web Proxy is blocking a download

hello,
I have a strange problem with the Web Proxy in a ASG120 unit.

When I try to open this link with IE
http://www.adapt.it/acm-on-line/Home/documento3023.html

I get an error: Unable to download the file, unable to found web site. [:S]
If I retry a second time, I get the file successfully. The first time I open the file I always get the error described (see the screenshot in attachment). When I disable the Web Proxy, the file is always downloaded successfully. I have tried to disable Antivirus function in Astaro, but the error still occurs.

Any ideas? Do you have problems when you try to download this file?

    I had no problem downloading through the 7.500 proxy.  You might try clearing the Astaro's DNS cache.  If that doesn't work, show the lines from the Content Filter live log when you try this download.

    Hello Bob, I have tried to flush cache, but.. this not solve the issue.
    This is the line in the content filter live log (I have replace my real IP with "MY IP" string):

    2009:10:08-16:41:22 aitecfw httpproxy[7509]: id="0001" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="http access" action="pass" method="GET" srcip="MY IP" user="" statuscode="200" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="153637" time="1438 ms" request="0xb06e58c0" url="http://www.adapt.it/acm-on-line/Home/documento3023.html" exceptions="" error="" category="9998" reputation="neutral" categoryname="Uncategorized" content-type="application/pdf"

    When the download is ok, the line in the log is the same (it's different only the request id.
